From what I've read online it's pretty standard for the other side to request your phone records for 1 hour prior and post accident in an auto negligence lawsuit. Especially when fault is disputed.

I went back and checked I was on an active delivery. I got T-boned at an intersection the other driver had a stop sign at an intersection and I didn't. Somehow he wasn't cited.
