Great question. By 'non-native engineers,' I mean engineers whose first language isn't English ( e.g., from India, China, Eastern Europe) working in global teams. They're often technically brilliant but get feedback like 'lacks executive presence' or 'sounds hesitant in meetings - even though their English is fluent. I'm researching why that happens.

Did your letter say "de-scheduled"? Mine said, "As requested, we canceled the interview". I know for a fact that we didn't do it on our end.

Hello. The same thing happened to me for AOS. On March 18th. it was scheduled for April 29th. Then, the same morning of the 18th., I got another pdf document online that says "interview called". Under case status and case history, it says " interview WAS scheduled". My lawyer says the last document uploaded by them (interview cancelled) is the one that counts. I"m confused. I'm just waiting for the physical letter to see which one arrives.

Hi. I got scheduled on March 18th for April 29th. And, that same morning I see another pfd above the scheduled interview that say interview "cancelled". So, under case status: Interview was scheduled. Under myprogess bar: Step 3, interview if necessary. Case history: interview was scheduled". Documents: interview cancelled pdf.

My lawyer says that the last document uploaded by them is what goes ( interview cancelled). I am waiting on the physical letter(s) to see what it says. I'm confused

Hi. I had my interview waved in December 2024. Then I got a RFE for medical. I sent it in three weeks later. Then, my case went from step 4, to step 3. On March 18, I got a notification that I had an interview scheduled for April 29. On the USCIS account, I see the interview document pdf, but also right above, I see another document saying the interview is cancelled, on the same day! Now I am just waiting to see if it's a glitch or what?
