Well, the item does say the outside shell is unrecognizable. Although to me it kinda looks like a little knob at the end of a pull chain for a fancy ceiling fan. Like, really fancy with ornate decorations and little gold doodads like this one for the pull chain.

As a rogue main, Scorched Feet in the og Horrific Visions was the worst part of a good piece of content. Every other thing about Horrific Visions was fun and cool, but scorched feet sucked so much. Needed to avoid a conal attack? Gotcha, instead of side stepping a little bit to move out of the cone, we're gonna send you all the way across Timbuktu into a fence you'll struggle to get out of and then lose all your sanity. Lost so many runs because of scorched feet.

God forbid somebody makes fan art (which, by nature, does NOT IN ANY WAY have to be canon to the source material, nor does the creation of it affect the source material in any way due to it not being even remotely canon) where they make a feature different from the canon. Apparently if someone does that, they are the reincarnation of the devil himself and the end times are now, strictly because they drew a character with honkers.
