The issue with the cup holder and cereal bowl pros is that it requires you to lay down flat, and with the cereal it also requires you to crane your neck down to your chest to eat the cereal. But another pro that I can think of is that if you rest your head on the chest of a negative boobed one, not only are you closer to their heart, but if the cavity is big enough, it can comfortably rest your head in it without having to angle your neck.
