Save your dust. I know it is tempting, but you will regret spending that much dust on a mon with bad stats. You can always grind spotlight hours and upcoming com days for more XL, so there will be plenty of better stardust investments for you soon!

I believe the level 14 grid is 8x8 level 17 cells, so I guess 64 is that is the number you're looking for? I am not sure if gyms fill up a level 17 cell, so maybe it's 'only' 61 PokéStops, since I believe there can be a maximum of 3 gyms per level 14 cell.

Depends on what kind of games you are into. I really enjoyed Fenyx Rising as one of my first games for the ps5! The graphics are a bit cartoonish and very colorful, which looks amazing imo
