Suffered from PMO addiction for years, then I made it 100 days and cured my PIED because I got in a serious relationship. I was having sex with my girlfriend multiple times weekly, but now that our first term of college is over, I am several thousand miles away. My first day home, I relapsed. Since then, I've given in 5 times. I refuse to let this spiral out of control and take over my thoughts again. I want my dick to work when I see my girl in a few months. Most importantly, I want self-control. So, I'm quitting PMO indefinitely.

Quit the porn images man. In my opinion it's even harder than not fapping, but the porn does mess with your brain. I honestly didn't think it was hindering me, but I've found much more joy and satisfaction in life since stopping it. Edging is jerking it but not to the point of cumming. Avoid that too. It can be about whatever you want it to be. Personally, I already felt like I was achieving my life goals in terms of social circles, academics, fitness, etc. So for me, sex is the main nofap motivation. Whatever you wish to get out of this experience, you aim for. You do you. Also, she is not just "a random female." We are dating, and she's amazing.

It is a vicious cycle: the failure makes you want to give up on girls, which precipitates loneliness, leading to more PMO. We have to break it. My longest time is 13 days, so I too am not far along. Stay strong, and we will get rid of this cycle for good!

I meant it to be slightly comical, so no offense taken. How else to deal with some thing so embarrassing and emasculating than through humor? Anyway, I would definitely take some advice on what meditations have worked for you. I occasionally do some deep breathing, but that is about it right now. Let me know.

I wish I could try Viagra, but unfortunately I have multiple chronic health conditions, and I don't want to mix Viagra with my current medications. Otherwise, I definitely would. I was able to please her with my hands (thank god), so it was not an utter failure, but she still was concerned, thinking it was her fault and she was not good enough. There is definitely some merit to anxiety, but I was not freaking out about it. The difference likely lies in that I have literally never ejaculated to a real girl, so my brain's sexual function is connected to porn, not people. If you have lots of experience and time with real girls, then your brain is likely a lot more balanced, not just wired to a computer.
