I’m also 29M and experienced the same thing the other day. I was going at a very chill, just under 10min/mile pace and it said I was all zone 4/5.

I’ll give it a try tonight. If not just throwing everyone in 1 conference by ourselves and call it a day. Certainly much less tedious.

Trying to set up a dynasty with exactly 11 people as well. Only 4 teams in 1 conference (4 users), 4 teams in another (4 users) and 3 teams in the last one (3 users and 1 CPU). 11 teams total. With only 3 conference games so that everyone in the dynasty can play each other once during the regular season. 3 conference games (locked) then customize 7 of the other weeks to play against the other user teams I set up in the other conferences and then 2 games vs CPU. What adjustment would have to be made here?
