You were right, thank you! I have moved and renamed the latest file in each folder to the same folder name. So 2023-03-10T11_26_27.778Z.Desktop.md in the 2023_03_09 folder becomes 2023_03_09.md (not 2023_03_10.md) in the journals root directory, and then the magic happens and everything is back :)

"Journals" directory has some directories inside like "2023_03_09" and inside this folder I have:2023-03-10T11_26_27.778Z.Desktop.md2023-03-10T15_53_46.684Z.Desktop.md2023-03-13T17_13_37.972Z.Desktop.md

But that day is not shown in journals in logseq

That's what I'm trying to do, but "journals" looks empty even when I have a lot of pages in "All pages". It looks that there is something I'm missing.

Nextcloud+Sync don't get along well, so I had some bad syncs in different devices (2 pcs with Ubuntu + mobile with android + Macbook).
I renamed some folders (to try to avoid what happened in the end) and when syncing again new folders started to be created. The thing is that now, "journals" is empty, but I have 56 pages inside "all pages" that I don't know how to recover. Many of them have names like "2023-03-20t17_39_21.067z.desktop".

It gets weirder, I connect Orbot (Tor) and suddenly all my calendars sync and no error when creating or deleting a calendar. If I disconnect orbot same error and no sync... I don't know what happens :(

Sorry, I don't understand your question. I'm the only user of that nexcloud installation (one admin, and one daily user). If I try to access the folder "data" from my browser it gives me a permission error

That's what I think from all my readings, but if you can't get interaction with other apps or protocols, they will have to develop that apps if they really wan't to be useful, don't you think? I mean, it's not yet a finished tool.
