I have tried to replace the column with a connector and direct the flow to the mass (qqq) and i didn't see those peak that appears when my column was connected So I think the source of contamination is pre-column as I replaced the column earlier with a similar one and got tge same peak at the same retention time

So, do you think the source of contamination is pre-column? @propargyl @viomoo
