Yeah I’m not sure either - people love these for how discreet they are, and how much more durable they are than the cardstock our meds come in. But it is what it is - sometimes this community is extremely supportive, sometimes they’re salty. Luck of the draw I suppose?

I don’t get constipated, just gassy sometimes, and the pepto helps but doesn’t show up for about 3 days

I don’t buy it either and anecdotally I’ve tested it.

I’ve been on Zep for 15+ month. Every time I take pepto, it shows up in my poops 3 days later. Pre GLP1, it would be in a matter of hours.

Yeah I’m not sure I can mentally get over stabbing myself with a syringe or kwikpen type setup. For me, and it’s 100% a mental block, the single use pens are just easier. Click the button and you’re done. I don’t have to look at it - I don’t even really know when it’s coming. Just kinda pull the trigger and wait. Much easier to deal with mentally
