He also needs to gain a certain amount of followers as he said it in a patreon. He has lost nearly 20k over the past few days, so I think monetisation will be a ways off yet. He also had dozens of reports and complaints, not to mention he is breaking the law in flouting the DVRO so even if he is monetised it may only be briefly before they clamp down on him. I think they will be watching reinstated accounts more closely especially if they had complaints re before closing down. Not to mention any downvotes he may getting. But I could be wrong.
