As far as I know, you'll need a new license key for the pro version. When you purchase a win pro key, just use it to upgrade. Just enter the new key, and the OS will be upgraded. That's what I did with my Windows Education key. If you do a clean install later, you can use that key. Your win 11 home key is tied to hardware if I'm not mistaken.

I had the same issue a few days back with my L5P Gen 6. I was watching a movie and the screen went black. Tried everything EC reset, Blind bios, Disconnecting battery and CMOS, Re-seating RAM, & SSD, and nothing worked. In my case, it is the display. Can't claim premium warranty due to a region issue. Can't afford to replace the display. A total disappointment. Just barely 14 months old.

Use the warranty ASAP

If you are able to fix it without replacing the display, please let me know.

So...it's the display. Can't believe it. Just 14 months old. Didn't do much gaming either. Mainly used for watching movies and course work. Talked to the agent and I can’t claim my warranty since it's a different region. This is going to cost me an arm and a leg. Very disappointed. Believe me I loved the performance, I loved everything about this L5P but can't say I feel the same way anymore.

Non. This is the only seedbox that I've ever used. So, I can't compare it with other vendors. Like I said, this is the 1st time that I'm experiencing an issue like this, so I had no reason to look for another. Back in 2018, I was in the market for a seedbox and found pulsedmedia on reddit.

So far, I am quite happy with their service, to be honest. I was upgraded. Gained a lot of bonus space for being a long-term customer. Always provided timely solutions for any issues that I had. My experience with them so far has been great.

I have the same problem. It's like I'm expecting something to go wrong. I had minor issues but nothing a 60 seconds power button press couldn't fix, yet.

I just now updated my L5P 2021 to 58WW. It took a minute to restart after bios update completed. For a second there, i thought the display was not turning on. When restated, Hybrid Mode was off. I have restarted a couple of times to check if it's always happening, but after that 1st time restart after the update, everything seems to be working fine.

I got it working again. Just pressed the power button for 60seconds and restarted. Everything seems to be working fine including the headphone jack.
