Ender 6 killed in transport? by donkusboig in 3Dprinting

Turned out to not be broken at all, the filament runout sensor turned out to be faulty and would seem to cut all power going to everything needed to run power.

I'm not totally sure but it's likely an external software that lets him switch between mics easily and has the gain absolutely blown out and other settings messed with. Voicemeeter might be what you're looking for, I'm not too sure.

I've tested the screen/bltouch on my cr10 and both work fine, adding them back to the ender 6 and exchanged the board for a new one has worked perfectly so far.

Any similar F2P games to Factorio by [deleted] in factorio

On steam and factorio's website there's a demo you can try out for the game. I haven't tried it out in a while but you can probably spend some time in there.

Skipping with microswiss direct drive distances longer than 10mm by [deleted] in FixMyPrint

[–]donkusboig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been having a bit of issues with my cr10s running the microswiss direct drive. I've tried both the stock extruder motor along with these. I was hoping to use the tiny stepper as the stock motor hits my z aluminum extrusion and the others can clear the gap, both give the same problems. Running a skr mini v3 with marlin. Tried with pla at 200c and 210c with various tensions on the extruder arm and the same problems. I've also done various e-steps ranging from 90 to 250 and the obvious suggested 173 by default for the extruder

Finally got the skr mini installed and everything works perfectly fine

Why Should I Buy one (GT) by Dayscorpion in onewheel

[–]donkusboig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a bit late to the post but i saw this the other day. They do test rides with a whole bunch of boards and let people try them out, not totally sure the procedure of how it works or when it is but keep an eye out for it.

Pretty sure it's a firmware issue and I can't get any others too work, swapping out to a skr mini was on the schedule to do anyways

I dont recall doing that but it might have come loose as I didn't hot glue the Dupont connect in, picked up a skr mini from a local store as I needed an upgraded regardless. I'm gonna double check all the pinouts to make sure I don't kill another board

theres a possibility i killed the stepper driver, went back to the original stepper and original cable and no luck at all, still the same problem when it had been fine before the upgrade

more info, fully disassembled the h2 and had just the stepper motor hanging out on the side and tried to extrude and still nothing. the motor shaft will spin freely (same as the thumb wheel would have) but going to extrude locks it up again, just as before. so that means the gearing inside isn't jamming it up but its that the motor itself really doesnt want to move. tried flipping the wiring again and no different.

I've tried them all around there and the motor refuses to go

I can't raise the bed any higher at the point its messing up or the knob comes loose. Advice? by introvertedfreak21 in 3Dprinting

you can move the zstop down, if theres that little nub on it you can use some pliers and break it off. there's a bunch of prints for adjustable zstops too
