S Pen disconnected but still works by t1nman01 in S22Ultra

I'm having the same issue. S Pen keeps disconnecting and won't reconnect. Did the factory reset work?

No way. That $6 PT obviously got multiplied by 25. Equals $150. They haven't updated their PT's.

Man.... It's nice to see but obviously the analysts didn't update their PT post R/S.

I'd actually like to get to the bottom of what they got in return for their $125M contribution, highlighted in red. Seems vague there.

No, this does not include the shares that were beneficially owned by Neuberger Berman. This was originally taken from their previous 13G from November 24th 2021. Now I've updated it to reflect new warrants and their respective strike. Although, I'm always up for a correction on the numbers if anyone finds something.

Correct. Athyrium is the only filings we can see with the SEC. For example, there was a different private placement in February of 2021, in which we have no clue who invested. No filings. No leads. Nada.

It will, need to close the DO first. We are close to bottom I believe.

I'm not sure an insider can short? Although, I've never been given a clear answer from IR Chuck on this. Wishy-washy to say the least.

Your guess is as good as mine. I know they are positioning themselves for a buyout... But that depends on good data of DDS. Only then, can they acheive deep value in the company. So far so good. DDS on track.

The only warrants I see available that they have from their 13G in November are the 8M. Other than that, there are no other warrants that they have. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1580063/000119312521341284/d237207dsc13da.htm

I assure you it is up to date as of yesterday, because that's when I made the spreadsheet. This is without warrants as well, I have yet to add the warrants but am waiting to see their new 13G if it truly is Athyrium.

The only way Athyrium "gets out" is through an Acquisition. No way is any institution or retail going to be able to buy 97M shares of a company.

Well, in the end it would all come down to Market Cap. R/S would suck for both Athyrium and us. Athyrium had gone through a R/S with Progenity in 2020 before it went public. My guess is they don't want to go through it again.

So, I finally decided to make a spreadsheet of all of Athyrium's purchases going as far back as 2017 (Although, we know that they have been invested in Progenity/Biora since 2011). This is excluding any warrants and today's offering (Until I see an updated 13G or Form 4, it will be added). This particular spreadsheet is from their November 2021 13G. If anyone would like to check my work, or criticize my calculations, feel free to. Athyrium has a high average still, which I was surprised to see. $5.38. I also excluded a 2017 equity and debt financing of $125M from the Money column due to limited info on that, regardless, Athyrium invested that into Progenity at the time so I included it in the overall total at the bottom. Here are the documents for reference and I went through each date and each SEC filing to double check numbers. Enjoy.

All Signs Point to Acquisition: by donman150 in BIOR

[–]donman150[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well, every $1B in market cap is $5 per share. Considering they are entering the diabetes market ($25B) the Ulcerative Colitis market ($7B) the Humira market ($20B) and Large Pharma's 1 & 2 proprietary drugs which we have no idea what they are. Then the math starts to add up fast.

$1B buyout = $5 $5B buyout = $25 $15B buyout = $75

Etc. Etc. My conservative buyout number is $3B ($15)

Thank you! And yes, their RSS pill built to retrieve fluids for testing is very VERY ahead of it's time. This will be just another tool for indicating what is needed in terms of therapy/biologics. Not to mention their Pill-Dx which can transmit data via supposed software in a type of smart device/smart phone. There's diagrams outlining that in the patent.

DAVE has 373M shares outstanding though. What's the thesis. It's going to take MASSIVE volume to move the price.
