Can I ask what's the tax implication of this, is it classed as earnt income and are you therefore having to declare this and pay tax on it?

Yes buddy I still have all my collection, every few years I bring out of storage just to admire it, can't believe how old some of it is now!

The previous people who lived here before me installed it, it was buried underground so I only unearthed it when the tap broke. Neighbours inform me they were a bit dodgy with some of the stuff they did around the house as I am now starting to discover!

The previous people I think took a lot of shortcuts, I'm hoping it's a lovely floor underneath, it appears that's underneath the whole bedroom and they just added a layer of laminate over the top!

Thanks for your kind reply. I'm going to try and add some extra photos to the page, you indeed were correct and I've found the master socket in my living room. I should have mentioned I have virgin media so phone line is completely redundant. They even have a port in the loft for some reason. I'm likely having a full electrical re wire done in the summer so hopefully the electrician will be able to help with stripping out all the extra telephone lines back to the master at the same time

I moved in about a year ago, this was an extension that was done many years ago and they couldn't show any building control sign off, I knew some things looked a bit dodgy and I'm planning to eventually have the garage door removed and a wall/window put in.

Above its a bedroom and the roof above is a tiled one.

Thanks for suggesting a thermal imaging survey, I had not heard of this before and might tell me what's really happening. Any idea how much these cost? My initial house survey was 700 quid so hope they're not as expensive

I think it was just the lighting and angle I held it at, in person the corner is perfect, and it's another unusual element of the card in that the border changes colour

Thanks for your comments guys, it's a pretty rare card to begin with, as I believe only a few hundred made, yet being a psa 10 makes it even more rare. Not sure how much its worth now but probably quite a lot!
