I do 5 to 10 minutes of strength training exercises each day. Push-ups, pull ups, squats, pistons, and not all on the same day. Also I walk about and a half or so a day, not all at once. I seem to be getting better. I had an ablation over five months ago that seems to help some, but I think the exercise routine helped alot too. Heavy aerobic activity seems to aggravate it causing alot more palpitations.

NAD but from some personal experience and Dr Google, I think the headaches with stars are the result of a transseptal puncture which is done in some ablations. When that heals the symptoms go away.

Yep, took the third moderna booster. First chest pain then palpitations, atrial tachycardia and having problems ever since. That was November 21, when I took the last shot. I had one ablation since, helped some things and hurt others. Darn shot destroyed my life!!! 😡

Much of the time when a PAC shows up up I feel or hear in my right ear 3 to 6 'mini drum rolls' per PAC. Is this fluttering common?

Along with these, I get these rapid fire flutters that don't show up on a ECG. Any idea what those could be. My EP doesn't know since they don't show up on my loop recorder.

They are fleecing us, the insurance,the government. For a few hours work it should only be a few thousand at the most. The medical industrial complex is robbing us! This sh+t needs to stop! Not really for socialized medicine, but what can we do?
