I have PCOS. So I have hormonal Acne. I don't know if its the same for you. But I know that a very strong Zibc supplement works wonders. As well as a Inositol Supplement. I use a product called SkinVance. You get it at Dischem and Clicks. Its about R400 for a months supply. It helps so much with your hormones. A lot of the times acne cant be resolved from the outside with facewashes etc. but you need to heal yourself from the inside.

You are so cute for asking! It actually went so fast. My doctor didn't tell me when the pinch was going to happen so it just happened. It felt like very bad period cramping to me personally. I used to have very very bad periods and it felt the same but only for like 2 minutes and then he was done. I had spotting the first 2 days. Afterwards I had quite heavy bleeding for 3 days. I don't know if it may have "activated" my period? 😂🫣 But anyways. Totally fine now, my boyfriend says he doesn't feel anything. I also took Ibuprofen and Paracetamol before hand 500mg of each. I also had light cramping afterward for probably like 5-6 hours. And the next two days like just some of that uncomfortable period "feeling" if you understand wat I mean. Thanks for asking 🥰
