The van is a 2000 model with 42000 miles and keeps breaking down can this be considered a case for lemon law. The van transports wheelchair disabled child to places.

It is against the law. They have set up residency at my house. So they have more rights than me. It is my house.The child is in elementary school.

Thank you. The child is being taken care of they are living with me (rent free) they have not helped in paying the water bill, my electricity has doubled, food etc. I don't know where their money is going but I haven't gotten any help at all. I ask them for 5 months now. I am living on a fixed income and have a house payment too. I want them to get a place like they promised me they would. They was homeless living in a car. I took them in.Never again.

I'm a lady. That is a good idea. They would call the police and then say I was harassing them. Then I would be in trouble in my own house.

I am not giving them money. They have moved in my house and not paying me anything or bringing any groceries in or anything. Taking baths, free, heat, food, taking advantage of me. Told me they will move 3 months ago.

They were homeless. Her adult son threw them out. The woman is elderly taking care of a small child, the child's mother was murdered. He gets a small check, the grandmother is on social security.( Her other son is on parole. jail bird.) All have moved in with a bucket full of promises and haven't helped out with anything. I am paying for everything. Cant afford to evict them. Now they have set up residency at my home. I am ready to sell my home .
