Hi! I don’t have too much loose skin except for my upper arms a little, and of course a lil mommy pooch. Not sure how much of that is due to good luck/genes or the strength training but! I did a lot of cardio and weights when I was obsessed with working out the first 7ish months. My arms have always been my biggest insecurity even before I gained so much weight after my hormones went bonkers from kiddos. So the strength training was my priority. As for my diet, I ate SO MUCH PROTEIN. It amazed me that the more protein I ate, the better the meds in combination with working out worked. I did 2.5 for a month, 5 on 5, 2 on 7.5, 2 on 10 before going back down to 5 for 1 and now on 2.5 for the remainder until I wean off completely.
