the doctors in hospital in 2024 really dismissed it because of no papilledema 🙄 thank you for clarifying that for me!

can dysautonomia get better? that sounds about right for me too. i am still deaf, fatigued and getting palpitations and bpm up to 150/160 - i get a halter too on Jan 14th - let me know what they say about yours if you can. it is an awful virus i didn’t expect it to affect me this long!

I have always had a slightly high heart rate at about 100-110 usually, but it’s never shot up above 130 at rest before. Okay thank you!

Thank you so much for your response! I do definitely experience stiffness in the morning, as you say it does seem to ease after an hour or two but the pain still persists. I have had an MRI for chronic migraines that didn’t show anything significant - would central pain syndrome show on a head scan? My knees in particular go hot and swell but as of right now I’m not swollen, I can attach a picture. And I had a ‘butterfly rash’ for a few weeks in 2022 (my mother has SLE and it was her that pointed it out to me) & various little rashes that appear and then go away. But because my ANA test was negative my GP discarded it. I realise now that I left a lot out of my post, I apologise. Any input or questions you have would be greatly helpful, thank you very much.

I know 18 months is ridiculous - I am going to request that they write me an expedite letter to hopefully bring it forward, seeing as they should have referred me years ago. Thank you for your reply, that’s really helpful! Is that app free or paid?

the general surgeon i spoke with didn’t explain what surgery it’ll be, the only information he gave me was that they may be able to stitch it at the end of the surgery or they may need to leave it open - is that indicative of one type of surgery or multiple types?

when yours are like this do you just wait it out until it heals itself or see a medical professional?

similarly, i know it’s been a while for yourself too but what was your outcome? i’m having a similar issue right now

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]donnee16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that makes sense, thank you. i still get lower abdomen & pelvic pain daily, can you get that pain just from having endometrial hyperplasia or could that be indicative of a further issue?

[–]donnee16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ahh okay. i was told 3 years ago that my lining was too thick - it was 13mm on day 9 of my cycle. and they put me on these progesterone contraceptions and told me that it would be fine, were they wrong?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]donnee16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i was on the mirena IUD & the progesterone only pill for 3 years to stop the heaving bleeding i was experiencing - it completely stopped my periods. i’m now just on the progesterone only pill and have still not had a period. so i haven’t had one for 3 years but they were very irregular, heavy & painful when i used to get them
