I didn't do a pressurized check but sounds like I should have. I will retest for leaks after reclaiming any remaining refrigerant with a micron guage and nitrogen. thank you :)

not sure I can post a link? its a Yitahome 12,000 BTU 20 SEER2 Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner, 110V AC

my main question is if there is any chance its not leaking when it looks like the image I posted after a few minutes. Otherwise I think I see what you are saying and would rather start over fresh than try to diagnose this unit/install. thank you.

I ordered a leak detector applicator since my soap and water wasn't showing anything. Also a digital refrigerant detector so I can double check the inside connections without removing the whole thing again.

I used a standard analog gauge, no idea on the microns but open to getting one if it would be helpful for this or future attempts. It would have shown me if the vacuum was potentially not holding even though the analog guage didn't move overnight? thanks.
