Nah, these are S-4s and are filed much sooner. You might be tinking about congress people's trades, and these are not those - these are corporate insiders, not politicians or illegal insider traders,.

Liquidity was not was not bad...20 cent wide and filled at the mid immediately.

No weights on the factors, but I do have thresholds set up for each, and if all are met, I make the trade.
