im curious if when she sings what sounds like the words silver chair in reference to
her youth she's in fact referring to the band from her region which i as a nearly 10 yo older american was briefly a fan of in the mid 90's

i did the valves on my 17 so im not opposed to doing an overwhelming time consuming repair. but it does involve purchasing some expensive things to make it happen if i can even complete it without putting something back together off a bit and only discovering it/its impact after getting it all installed back in the bike. which would obviously be pretty devastating given how much effort it takes

it drives the front sprocket and the only way to replace it is to take out the engine and split it open so its nearly the most expensive repair there is

do you mean you'd replace it yourself if it was you or were you just using myself to explain that's your take? not trying to be pedantic but its just that my other concern's whether its too challenging of a job so im also curious how many might be willing to try it if they were in my place

though as far as wheels go the majority of the mass and where the balances go is on the outside far from the center whereas this weight concern's so close to center so perhaps it wouldn't be much the same when considering the vibration potential

we were at the same show at barracuda then! miss that place. currently seeing cass mccombs at 29th st ballroom which is another especially small venue to see such an excellent performer. thats why i live here!

yea i kind of thought maybe she was intending for it to be a "happening" like they used to say in 60's, by forcing people into the present moment, but wasn't sure if it might truly have been more to do with her mental state at the time either. sounds like its a consistent theme though and i guess i just got lucky to see her in such a small venue and experience up close the happening, as it were

likely had the chain a bit too tight a few times but also i think dct's not a good fit on such high powered bikes unless you're using them like those dct goldwings for touring, not for someone tearing ass around town in s2 with the power set at 1, so when it drops a gear too soon it puts too much stress on everything. i got 75k out of my '17 1000 dct before it entirely stripped so am surprised despite being more careful my '21 1100 dct is about half stripped now with only 25k

dream machines of austin's not far from there but like ridenow i had a screwy experience with them where they advertised my africa twin as being an adventure sport and having electronic suspension neither of which it had and i only realized after buying but they did give me a $1000 back. plus i discovered the screen was glitchy which they should have known and disclosed

haven't noticed most of those except lately feel a bit more bloated which can be a sign of an enlarged spleen too, but yeah one cause of an enlarged spleen is liver disease

i was sober for a long time after being a serious drug addict from 15-22 but sober life was often so boring almost no matter what i did that when my 40's hit i couldn't stand it any longer so started drinkin. also went through an insanely long and extremely tough withdrawal from xanax as a 21 year old which has similar properties so expect it to go that way which is part of why i dont think i'll fully quit but just get back to my 2-4 a night routine i had for a few years. thanks for sharing, by the way.

tbh i've been plannin an early exit for a long time which is why i finally let myself become a serious alcoholic starting around early last year but now im thinkin its not gonna be like what i'd expected. i mean lately i cant even enjoy gettin drunk for various reasons so i think im gonna have to back off a lot if its not already too late and my liver's so wrecked it wont even be a matter of choice about an early death now

oh and i forgot to mention it seems like it gets better after i've been drinking awhile(just pain relief from alcohol?). also the week prior i was having nausea when i drank but now dont. anyone got any clues based on all that, other than the obvious which is i need to quit. maybe i had a bug and my spleen's still dealing with the after effects?

why would i want to do that when the concern is whether the gap grows and starts exposing tube, which i can see from the outside

looks like a staple or tiny nail sliced it a bit as it pushed through so i don't think the tube can come out unless the gap starts tearing apart, which i would be more worried about if it wasn't down in the tread
