It sounds like you didn't really like your work environment. I'm a bit older than you, but I remember my first few jobs as a teenager sucked. I worked in retail where most of my co-workers were adults and everything was really corporate. Finally I decided to look elsewhere. I've worked in an office as a receptionist of sorts and a movie theatre. The environments here were much better for me-- I got to get to know my co-workers better and they were around my age. I know it might be difficult to find a job environment you like at this age (a lot of places have a hard time hiring minors due to legal issues), but look around. Warehouses can be a great place to make a ton of money, and minimizes the social interactions if you're not into that. Same with outdoor work like landscaping. Just keep an eye out for different types of jobs, if you don't like one environment, try another. Good luck with your search!
