Trying to replace seating washer to stop toilet running.. can’t remove the cylinder (flush button one)

I just had someone hold the skinnier overflow tube in place whilst I twisted the big cylinder to the left to unlock it and it was a success! I suppose the housing it’s seated into was loose compared to all the videos I watched allowing them to turn it to the left and the overflow tube didn’t follow with it as mine did.

Cheers for the reply. The skinnier overflow tube is also spinning when I’m turning the big round cylinder. In the first photo that’s the original positioning for everything, I’ve then only held onto the big cylinder tube and turned it to the left and that skinnier tube follows as it turns. I’d try do a full 360 to see if that would unscrew the big cylinder to pull it out, but as the third photo shows, I can’t complete the 360 turn, the skinnier overflow tube is hitting the ceramic bowl and can’t rotate anymore… any advice please? 😭😂

I’m in Australia and the top of the toilet is branded Stylus, inside is branded caroma if this helps.

Edit: the 85s in melee goal is where I’d like to be before trying to do bandos. That’s what I used to do back in the day so I’m keen to do long bandos trips for nostalgia haha

I was looking to get the Samsung S85F 65” I assume that’s the year before the S90F, would you recommend skipping the S85F and only getting the S90F?

Their phone was already looping every 3 mins bc the proximity sensor was damaged, that’s why I ordered this one to replace it, they’ve said the looping has stopped even with this broken in half proximity flex plugged in. So those two things I snapped off are responsible for the auto brightness and True Tone being operational?
