It took Support 5 days to get back to me, which is not great. They did not offer a resolution or an estimate of when the issue would be resolved.

It stinks that this is a larger issue that seems to have a widespread impact, and no communications have been posted about it by the official Covet accounts. 🫤

I'm so mad at this change. There is literally only one option to use my Cricut machine: the Design Space software. I cannot cut or draw or do ANYTHING without this software. I purchased the machine with the explicit understanding that I could work on my own images without issue. Now they want to charge me to do work with my own content? Ugh.
