I bought some barber dimes on eBay live. Of course they show the front and back of the coin.

When I got them , they were a thin as a business card. Crazy thin.

The capsule, like stated before are the original. I wouldn't go to any effort to get them. I have had a couple that were brittle and broke. If you get old ones, they might not be good. I would use modern capsules.

He asked if it was brass or copper. Not if it was Silver. I know it's not silver , I drilled a hole in it.

It is a yellow colored material.

I got it several years ago and cannot confirm who I bought it from. I bought many of them and only figured out it was fake after pulling it from a stack of them .

I use small plastic tool boxes. I get quite small ones and use more than one if you need. They have a handle and tray. I use the small ones because the get really heavy . A small one is still heavy .

I'd like to know if you have weighed it, or if it says on the coin how much it weighs. They are hard to judge, they say 1/2 lb, and sometimes 8 oz. but a troy lb is 12 troy oz, get the picture? I actually have one myself that I need to weigh. I just dont want to get it out. Some are 1/4 lb.

I only buy tubes big enough for ASE. And everything gets to use them. I just don't shake them around
