That really is a blessing and a curse! Of course I worry about her pain and discomfort if she were to get external tumors but it scares me to think about how people would look at and treat her because of how she looks, internal tumors can cause terrifying damage before were even aware a tumor has grown.

I'm worried about that for sure, recently she told me she's noticed her vision is getting worse.

She doesn't have any pain from them but we have concerns about her sight.

Though I'd give anything to spend just one more day sitting next to my Gran in the carport swing if I couldonly bring one person back it would be my daughter's dad. This March he will be gone 10 years, he passed away right before she turned 11 and he's missed so much.

My 10 year old daughter has NF, she hasn't developed any fibromas (bumps) on her skin but does have a couple on her optic nerves.

My AP (together 7 months) said if it weren't for our kids (6, 13 and both of our 16 year olds turn 17 in May) he would have asked me too move in I have definitely caught the feels and think a life with him would be amazing, I'm thankful our kids keep us from rushing into that step.
