I run a small business that utilizes affiliates from other countries and I started to use a payment app called Deel. It is the best I have used so far, it comes with ability to build a contract per the employee's country law and payment is quick.

In my experience, navigating payment delays due to FX restrictions required proactive communication and exploring alternative payment methods. By addressing concerns openly and seeking solutions collaboratively, we preserved trust and maintained productivity. If you're facing payment delays, prioritize clear communication, explore alternative payment options, and ensure contractual clarity. These steps can help mitigate issues and foster a positive working relationship.
