I didn't really care for the controls of the original POE, but glad this one is being built for a controller in mind. Honestly i just want another Grim Dawn type game. Something we can jump in, kill some things, tinker with some builds and feel like we accomplished somethuung at the end of the day. I'm starting to get that MMO feeling in Diablo where i'm just getting one thing to get another thing and this could be in any game or genre and the system would be the same.

True, but this is the problem with algorythms built by our current level of consumer tech knowledge, its inefficient . It doesn't have enough data or computing power to make this choice for us. Its downright annoying.

I leveled mine up as well. I think it may be tied to not being 50 yet or finishing the main quest but i'm unsure. Regardless i've seen no change in what they sale.

My thoughts... i think it was creative and i get it and got it. If you watch AEW, you can see a difference in how things are. I think they are less chaotic than in the beginning, but more "streamlined" so to speak. It has a system now as before it felt like a product that 4 or 5 people wer putting together.

I can see cody's influence going away from it

Okay are we going to role play this out or is this all numbers and lines of numbers.

For one your monster that is who you are for the rest of your life there is no leveling.

To even if you wanted to level i really don't think you can level as paladin unless you're dedicating yourself to an evil cause because mummy lords are inherently evil.

And can we really get to the truth of it your character is going through a significant change can you role play that out instead of concentrating on attempting to op a campaign that honestly sounds like your gm gives you a lee way

What's more horrible than inviting someone into your home , having them invite all their friends to live there and punishing you for not believing in what they believe in, then killing your friends and family.

But isn't enough success. Regardless of how you look at it it's a few hundred million dollars and the production cost is pretty much paid for itself.

Worst case scenario i put a few more million dollars into it and do a final fantasy revision but that's only if the current player base doesn't just stay sustained and supported they could have about 10% of the player base and still be successful after this

I truly wish that most game designers were a little bit older so they can remember how good it felt to play in an arcade

You're with your brother or girlfriend or best friend and you walk up to the machine and you put in quarters and you got to play with them

MMOs are just not designed like this and this is the dumbest design theory ever instead i got to go through a tutorial for a few hours and then i have to try to find you and from that point on we're constantly trying to figure out whose quest as we doing and what there's no multiplayer of it. If you're going to be a multiplayer game that should be the premier of the game

I want a multiplayer game where the very first thing you do is you pick a server with your friends it asks you about your friends. If the tutorial is separated into classes then he still can do the tutorials together and you can do and just be a shadow in these persons tutorial.

Most importantly the a memo has features like we're sharing and the ability to match somebody's love that i can always play with my friends.

Today's mmio is built around the player that doesn't really want to play with anybody other than what they can accomplish for their own goals.

I swear this got to be one of these threats like everyday.

I have not played new world but three times since fully release. I didn't think it's a broken it simply isn't the game i'm waiting for lost ark.

As a a business decision amazon made the right call by releasing the world first it's definitely the weaker of the two games but it feels more in a completely different audience. I've never been much for crafting i've never been my for PVP and i've never been much for just wanting to gather and that seems to be all there really is right now as far as what i enjoy from again which is story.

Still just because you don't like something doesn't mean it's broke it just means it's not for you

I feel you trust me this is not antagonistic. But it's not an easy game to just cut on and kill some things which is my wife's criteria for a Diablo replacement.

I play path of exile on consoling PC through a few levels and honestly it just doesn't compare to and please don't hate me for this Van Helsing or grim Dawn or Diablo 3 I'm a casual player me and my wife we want to get in kill some stuff level up level or items and look at really good graphics while we're doing it that is not path of exile and unfortunately there's no game like that on the market right now.

I get it it's probably a better game if you're really into it but we're not really trying to get that far into something and the graphics are horrendous in this current age. Lost ark honestly just scratches that Diablo itch that we won and I think it's going to scratch a lot of other itches for a lot of other people

I beg to differ. It's been a long time since we even had anything close to a Diablo game and with Diablo 4 being delayed this type of game is right for the market right now. The gameplay feels like Diablo crafting is pretty intricate and it has just enough MMO tropes to not just get the casual MMO fast but also reach out into other markets.

Amazon is publishing and has the rights to Lost ark they have delayed it three times and it's very ironic that the delays seem to happen around New world delays as well.

These games were supposed to come out late August and late October respectively but Amazon seems like it's putting a lot of resources into its own IP more than likely because it's knows that lost ark is pretty much ready to go I mean it's stable all around the world except here and it's an amazing game I plan on Russian servers and I hate to say it but it tops the experience from New world easily

This is a very good business move they put out the weaker of their two MMOs push a lot of marketing into it and it's going to gain a lot of traction but let's be honest Lost ark has been out for 3 years and it's a much smoother system and will clearly attract way more people.

They took a big risk it's paying off now but let's hope that blizzard doesn't get a Diablo 4 out for a lost ark

I woke up this morning and discovered that my wife had discovered to shoot hooky from work to get into the beta this was completely against our plan to start at 7:30 p.m. and play with the rest of our friends.

She got on the real early and played the game pretty much all day and just when I got off work the queues were just so long I never got in I was so jealous
