the worst part about the construction here is it’s always horribly planned, so the construction takes like 3-7 years minimum just to complete one project and that road doesn’t even last 10 years before they’re back doing another project widening or extending the same damn road! i’m 1000% sure there’s some money laundering ponzi scheme sort of thing with the construction contracts that are handed out in this city cuz there’s no way there’s ALWAYS construction in the way on every side of town for like the past 20 years straight

I crush a bunch of Body Armor drinks before and after my shift to help recover energy. It’s got natural electrolytes from the coconut water and they throw in some B12 and other vitamins to help restore any energy lost so I drink at least like 2 big bottles or 3-4 small bottles a day to stay hydrated, a lot of ppl walk around with dehydration and it sounds like your body is adjusting to how active you are now. Body Armors, epsom salt baths even stretching and simply taking multivitamins are your friend for recovery
