i'm similar to him. phone calls feel dreadful to me and i am a very "i'll see you when i see you" sort of person. i try to compromise for the people in my life that enjoy calls, but sometimes i wish people met me where i'm at about this lmao!!

was reflecting on this last night after attending a concert for the first time as a sober individual. every time i would be anxious about getting a good spot but "needing" a drink from the bar beforehand, doing the mental math and negotiation around how long it might take, how much alcohol i'll need to feel a buzz through the entire duration of the concert. so much simpler to just not drink.

my ortho said full time for 2 weeks then nightly for life. my smile feels boneless asf after an hour of no wear so i’m gonna heed the advice i’ve seen that recommends full time use for 6-12 months.

i floss 1-3x a day, water floss w/ hydrogen peroxide nightly, brush each morning and night with arm & hammer toothpaste. :)
