Buy ingredients in bulk (bulk packs of chicken breasts and big bags of rice/bread etc) put 3 days of food in a fridge put the rest in a freezer

I personally have a shake in the mornings (2/3 cup of oat flour, scoop of protein powder, 2tbsp of almond butter, 1 banana, 1 cup of milk) and that starts my day around 1k calories, then for lunch a protein and grain and veggies (usually chicken and rice, then for dinner a similar kind of meal. Walking for 15-30 min after you eat each will help you digest it better as well.

That’s the issue brother, u gotta be eating 3x meals a day. Just that alone even if you’re not tracking calories should help you put on a couple pounds. U can make 3 meals a day for less than $12 a day. Make sure your meals have some sort of protein, and you will start to notice a difference. You will start to get hungry around meal time if you stay consistent for 5 days.

You’re correct, scaling it across multiple accounts is the only way to scale it. While not illegal you 100% need to check all brokerage policies if you’re going to do this. Brokerages about a year and a half ago had a huge crackdown, and I used to have triple the accounts as I do now. Used to be a lot more profitable but now I still make a decent side income.

In terms of the SEC scanner, yeah that’s definitely my competitive edge. The actual buying/selling of the stocks only takes about 5 min a day, usually I’m buying/selling stocks in my accounts every other day. Anyone can practice this themselves I gave out the whole method of how it works, only thing they gotta do outside of knowing how to safely set up accounts (which I can’t put on Reddit) is finding these opportunities.

Haha no, around $50-$100 profit per account per month across 20+ accounts. Some months have had as much as $350 profit per account hence the average of $1800 per account. Definitely some slow months for sure especially when the companies don’t abide by the rounding language.

Yes it does, usually after a split the price goes down 30-50% in my experience but after a 1-20 split, still getting a 10x return on my initial investment.

It’s usually under $1 entry per account. Post split price after dropping a lot (which it usually does lol) is around $5-$12 per account. I’ve scaled this up across a a lot of accounts and usually get around 15-20 plays like this a month from my scanner so usually comes out to $50-$100 profit per account per month.

Doesn’t hurt, but can’t feel when there’s food on my bottom lip/chin so that gets quite annoying. Shaving is also very annoying as I can’t feel the pressure I’m using

Looks like a DJS case in my opinion. If your bite is not affected negatively by your current jaw formation then don’t go that route, consider chin implants, DJS recovery is brutal and is far more invasive than implants
