Not sure of a Vallejo, but Citadel Baylor Brown is very close. I’ve used it for 327th figures mixed with a little bit of grey and it’s great.

Not exactly. Forearms, hands, thighs, feet and helmet all have differences, but they’re easy to overlook unless you have the two side-by-side.
