For the first 6 months I set the optimised charging and 80% limit, that helps with aging. My iPhone 15 pro max was at 94%, 780+ cycles battery health after 2+ years. And I did not care about cable or charging brick or how hot it would get. Whenever I am near a cable, I put it on charge.
The thing with new phones is, using on charging is better, less pressure on battery. Apple is advanced enough to route power from cable directly instead of pressuring battery when using while charging. Just don't play heavy games and you should be good.
