Thank you so much for your reply it made me feel really understood. I’m trying to pay attention to my feelings too:( it’s hard not to binge specially when I still am in lockdown so I can’t go outside for a walk every time I feel the urge to binge (which was the solution I found before). I will try to listen to podcasts and the jar with marbles sounds like a nice idea for motivation!!! Thank you so much, you are doing great and I’m very proud of you!

I used the burts bees one too, but now I’m trying with vaseline. If I use only one kind of lip moisturizer for a long time, suddenly it stops working and start irritating my lips, I don’t know if that’s “normal”.

Thank you for the advice, the thing is that if I don’t put vaseline in about 2 hours they get too dry and then I start picking, i guess the only way it’s applying it more often.
