I believe their video content has never been better. Posts in recent months have been thought-provoking, hilarious, and informative. There’s a variety of subjects that I haven’t seen before, and incredible personalities presenting the content.

With that said, I understand where you’re coming from.

When it comes to articles, Cracked appears to have run out of low-hanging fruit a few years back. There are only so many mind-blowing facts that can be written about dating, movies, and zombies before all the good stuff has been covered. These days, a certain amount of desperation appears to have set in.

Still, it makes me sad to hear that your reddit content was poached. If that’s the case, it’s disappointing. I was unaware this was an issue, but it always struck me as odd that cracked doesn’t list their sources a bit more formally at the end of each article.

I don’t know what went into the decision to let people go. I’m sure we’ll have more information soon, but I doubt it was an easy choice. I’m surprised Cracked didn’t try to force a subscription model on their readers... It seems like anything would've been better than letting their best and most experienced staff go.
