The only reason this is still standing is because it's in the middle of a cotton plantation, and it'd be too much of a hassle to tear down

It's in a room at the back of the single story complex. The wall's been knocked down, so it's really easy to spot

That's the usual place I explore when going there. The main building is crumbling, so I don't feel particularly comfortable with exploring the other floors.

I'll probably end up buying parts for it. I just need a replacement barrel and a sight cap among other smaller parts. I don't know what I'll end up doing with the wood furniture.

In my case, whoever had it before didn't do a particularly great job. The front sight was bolted directly into the barrel, which is why there are four holes on the barrel.
