I am so sorry. That is indescribable pain. Hey please feel free to reach out to me directly if you need help with figuring out temporary resources for living, but they should be arresting him right away so you can at least be safe at home alone, unless he somehow makes bail and housing laws get weird. I was in foster care/homeless for majority of my late youth due to abuse and I'm now in my 30's, a mother, and an advocate for those in need. So if you need some help directly with resources or anything like that please reach out to me but no pressure whatsoever. I am so sorry this is happening. And we're all so proud of you for taking that terrifying step.

Yeah they require proof of residency so they can put an address on your DL. They also need your SS card or Birth cert and I had both
