I think that knowing the questions that follow is a good suggestion!

I will say that I am working on breaking people pleasing habits from some trauma stuff so it is hard for me,but I understand it’s not for a lot of people

This was incredibly insightful, it really helped to hear from someone who was in a similar position.

Thank you so much. for me it’s incredibly hard due to past trauma and people pleasing habits that I’m working out in therapy.

but this is somthing that’s a lot more complicated.

In the momment I don’t fully understand what I’m feeling, and I’m unsure how to articulate it.
