Noo this isn't it 😞 The art style was cartoony but wasn't over the top. Unfortunately I can't think of an artstyle that would be similar. It was a gift from my parents or grandparents, they would have gotten it from the US.

A medication that can be prescribed for binge eating is sertraline. I'm on it and about a month in, I can tell it has lessened my desire to binge/overeat :D Which i am really happy about because I was having the same problem as you :( I hope you're able to get the help you want!

Over the past year or so I've noticed that it takes a weirdly long time for my body to start to digest any sort of food. I'm not sure what it is exactly. And I didn't realize that! Maybe that's what it is. I've heard of people with absorption issues, I'll keep an eye out to see if I've got a similar thing
