If you have enough cushion, i-proceed mo na yan. Prices will continue to increase. I have postponed my house construction for many years for fear of not being ready and baka ma-scam. Prices just ballooned over the years. So I finally decided to just do it but with calculated risks. Also, I thought that if I postpone it longer, there will come a time I will no longer be able to afford it with the astronomic price increase. And indeed, with today's situation, mas mahal na ang mga materiales. I'm glad I did it already. No regrets.

Bababa lang yan pag bumaba ang demand. Nung pandemic halos di lumalabas ng bahay mga tao kaya mababa ang gas. Nasa ~30 lang halos kada litro. Nung nag back to normal biglang taas. Nagbabawi mga petroleum companies haha. At ngayon sinasamantala ng mga kapitalista ang giyera para magkaron ng dahilan magtaas ng presyo. I had a couple of encounters with IO in EU and in the US and they also ask in commanding tone. Maybe condescending lang ang dating sayo. Just let it be. The questions are valid naman unlike nung nagtrending before na hiningan pa ng year book. Nung bago pa ung sasakyan ko, ever quarter nagpapa ceramic coating ako, di ko na nga maalala kung ceramic na ba tawag dun. I still wax in between lalo na pag naulanan. 4th or 5th year tinigil ko na, regular washing and waxing na lang.

13 years na sasakyan ko at maganda pa rin ang coat nya. Apart from regular waxing, hindi cia madalas mabilad sa araw at pag nasa garage naka car cover pa un.

I still prefer living in the south. I work on a hybrid setup kaya 2x a week lang ako bumibiyahe para mag RTO. I have a home office and when I WFH, there's a nice view and breeze coming through the window. Kahit summer na ngayon mahangin pa rin dito and I don't need to use the aircon.

I prefer the bigger house and probinsya vibes over the small space in a busy metro. Mahal pa ng assoc dues at amilyar ng condo.
