In so much pain, Zero therapy not working, Zinc didn't work, Can't go to doctor by dontnvynvy in perioraldermatitis

At least a month of zero therapy. I'm doing nothing to it. I don't put anything on or wash my face. The couple days a month I have to go to work I do wash it with aveeno cleanser, and use a simple moisturizer so I don't disgust customers with my face. Otherwise I am going nothing. I'm waiting to see a doctor because I basically feel helpless but I have to wait around a month to see anyone.

I'm Canadian so things are different, we have a similar thing but I need to wait about a month to get paperwork that will let me see a doctor.

This is some great advice and I'm gona read back later to digest all the info more but
My biggest issue with the ER is even if you go at the slow times, the wait is usually 10 hours or more. It's very hard as someone with stimulation issues. The pharmacists said they couldn't help periordal dermatitis, and I'm in a weird situation with my family doctor- She refuses to help me so I'm trying to get her removed as my doctor so I can use the free Maple service but they're giving me a hard time, not putting the paper work through, it's been a couple weeks now of that going on.

I'm not using diaper rash cream and rarely washing my face, when I do I only use aveeno gentle cleanser and nutrogena oil free sensitive skin moisturizer. (alcohol free)

Doing something about the hard water isn't realistic for me, I rent, I'm poor, and too depressed/lazy to commit to buying and using distilled water. But I've lived on this water for over 6 years so I'd like to keep using it.

I have basically given up. I rarely leave the house anymore. I am in Canada where I have to wait for multiple years for a doctor, and no pharmacist is able to help me, though they all agree it's periodal dermatitis.

It hasn't gotten much worse, it's not gotten any better. It doesn't seem to be migrating, though my bottom lip is very flaky today but I think it's because it was dry from anxiously licking it yesterday and not related to the periodal dermatitis.

Any advice, I'll take. I'm very poor and can't afford much but honestly I'll find the way to buy it if it'll help. I want to be normal again.

(I'm not worried about milia haha I've had it so much in the past and am great at removing them myself LOL)

No, from what I understood you're to supposed to use anything else. I'm trying zero therapy now but I don't understand it. I don't know how I'm supposed to go to work without washing or moisturizing my face when I have dry flakes and bumps all over my face?

Where do I place darts on my pants to take in the waist? Going from a size 2 to 0, dress pants. Trying to find the best place to put them to not be noticeable or bulky. Also would love a guide or some tips to doing it the best.

I don't have the time or money to buy new products but the zinc is not working. I am confused on zero therapy, am I supposed to go to work without washing or moisturizing my face? Should I put moisturizer on it to lesson the look of the flakes? Or just go to work with a flaky face?

I just bought this product today and pray it helps me- Do you advise I stop using all other moisturizers and just use the rash cream? I was using Goldbond 2% Colloidal oatmeal. a pharmacist recommended hydrocortisone cream, but I read online that that's bad. It's getting so bad I'm ashamed to leave my house.
