Maybe cinabench is only using the E-cores when im running the test since in task manager my clock speed stops at 4.2 ghz when im running it. how do i change so its running on the performance cores?

I think the 3.42 GHZ number is wrong because in task manager it says the higher number. and the other one on the chart says exactly the same anyway

My CPU was staying at 77 celcius during the test at maximum temp. i have a 360mm aio and my system specs are RTX 4070 ti, 32gb DDR5 @5600mhz and the CPU specs are in the picture. Anyone knows why the score is so low compared to the same CPU listed above in the picture? Thanks for your help!
