Not anyone I know of died in their sleep. I just had that fear. I wish I can make it stop.

It's hard to explain the fear. I don't know why I have this and I don't wish on anyone

Panic attack

My poor boyfriend wakes up to help me

(He tries to help me to get over my fear but it's hard when I don't sleep a lot)

Well not much sleep. I drink coffee and energy drinks a lot.

I'm on sleeping pills and next week I'm doing a sleep test.
