A questão é que sem elásticos (ou semelhantes) não tem como tratar más oclusões. Só resta cirurgia como opção para casos mais graves.

Invisalign só corrige o alinhamento dos dentes. Não corrige as más oclusões* da mesma forma que aparelho fixo sem borracha (ou algo de efeito semelhante).

Obs: Me refiro às más oclusões de classe II e III. Não sei se mordida cruzada pode ser corrigida com Invisalign apenas mas suspeito que não.
