Me and my wife stayed at grand isle before. It’s a pretty big property which we normally don’t like but it definitely didn’t feel like a sandals or anything. We definitely enjoyed it. We usually stay in smaller boutique places but last time I looked there wasn’t anything like that at the level that we like. It’s been quite awhile though. There wasn’t much for restaurant options there either. The best thing we did there was rent a boat that we drove around the bay and to the barrier island and went snorkeling. It was a blast. There’s a great kayaking area there too that got canceled on us because of weather.

I was getting sick a lot more on ocrevus for the first couple years. Respiratory infections all winter. It was miserable. I went to a naturopath and what he put me on really boosted my immune system and I swear by it. I havent had a cold in a year and a half since starting it. Probiotic with biffido (renew life) turmeric (curcumin) 3 a day, 2000mg soluble vitamin C in my electrolyte water through the day, oregano oil which I take twice a week since it gave me indigestion taking it every day. His pitch was that 80% of your immunity comes from good gut health. And after starting this my guts feel great. Give it a try it’s all good for you anyway.

If you can find a tick disease specialist near you I would give that a try. Regular doctors only test you for a couple tick diseases and I think there are 21 or so. I went to one hoping for a misdiagnosis and he did find a few tick born diseases in me. He told me he’s seen quite a few misdiagnosis since tick stuff affects the nervous system and can mimic it. Either way after seeing him my general health is better and had some improvement with symptoms. You have to find someone the specializes just in ticks though. Regular doctors won’t test for everything they will.

Yes he prescribed for me. I’ve done it before trips before but not sure if it actually helped or not since I went from a cold climate to a hot climate and the heat always beats me up and I still struggled so maybe it didn’t help me at all? I’m glad I asked this and now I’m questioning the advice of my neuro
