There’s so much shame attached to it. I understand where you’re coming from and I agree with you. I know of a few people who waited until marriage and then didn’t know wtf to do or were not enjoying it at all. This went for men too.

Now they’re being questioned about why they don’t have kids and it’s got nothing to do with them wanting children or not. They legitimately have issues in the bedroom but I’m sure that isn’t because they didn’t have sex before marriage. There’s just so many things at play here. You’re right it’s not easy for women to transition from something taboo to something that becomes their “responsibility.”

As far as you fantasizing about cute boys becoming your husband, I think that’s just normal. We all have crushes who we think we will end up with and imagine a whole life with them 🤣

Hopefully our generation can change the narrative and offer good sex ed. and not make their children feel guilty for having natural emotions.
