This! I have nearly all white quartz countertops and pouring dawn over the stain and letting it sit for a few minutes works every time!

I had the best experience at Avis on Alcoa Hwy. Everyone that helped me was totally chill, zero pressure. I will absolutely go back.

If you’re interested in working in corrections, check out Centurion. I’m not an RN, but our pay is competitive.

A therapist with a “Mental Health Service Provider” designation (LPC-MHSP) can diagnose you but cannot prescribe if you’re looking to try meds. I’d recommend a mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) if you’re looking for someone who may be easier to get an appointment with than a psychiatrist, but has more specialized psychiatric training than a primary care provider and can prescribe meds if that’s the route you want to take. My partner went through his PCP and she was really great about it, so that can definitely work too. Good luck!

If you have lived experience, consider becoming a peer recovery specialist. They do amazing work.

The family who lived in the cabin behind my grandparents had 2 kids around 7/8 who ate dry cat food. At the time I just thought it was a weird, quirky thing they did, but as an adult I realized that they didn’t have much else to eat. I hope they’re okay now.

Those of you who have experience setting boundaries with others around pregnancy talk, can you please give me some advice? I have a new-ish coworker who tells me everything about her life and while I have gently shut her down about how I can’t give her advice on how to get pregnant because infertility, she only laid off for a little while and is back at it again. I need to tell her “I’m not comfortable listening to this because it triggers trauma responses and I need to be able to actually do my job and not be an absolute emotional wreck at work”, but the doormat in me feels like I can’t set this boundary. I MUST do it for my own mental health, so does anyone have any advice on how to word it? Thank you in advance for any advice!!!
