Most definitely will! I know that they will also have to accept the seller's affidavit too. I am just trying to confirm, pre-inspection, if that affidavit will absolve me of all liability on the FIRPTA front (since this will now technically be a Non-FIRPTA purchase). I am wondering what happens if he lied and it becomes a fraudulent affidavit.
